The "Unity Building" stands tall beside the world famous "Liver Building" on the Liverpool skyline

The "Pod"(box on top) of this 27 storey building is clad with 316 grade stainless steel panels. The stainless steel cladding also extended to the over sized soffits.
The building is situated on the bank of the river Mersey about a mile from the Irish Sea.

Working 27 floors up required a team of abseilers fully qualified in our unique cleaning and coating process.

All the fixing screws in the soffits were removed and replaced employing some tricky free style type abseiling
The bulk of the work carried out on the soffit was from the window cleaning cradles
Completed project see's the shiney cladding and soffits fully sealed and protected
